Smart Elevator

16/7/2023

The smart elevator has been designed using facial recognition and voice recognition technologies to enhance accessibility. These elevators use cameras, sensors, and software to recognize registered users in the elevator database, and user authentication is done based on facial recognition. Non-registered users in the database cannot use the elevator, allowing for a smooth and secure user experience. The desired floor is determined using voice commands, making it easy to use the elevator and reducing touchpoints and the spread of infections. Additionally, the smart elevator can detect and interpret sign language gestures, allowing deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals to communicate with the elevator and receive visual feedback through hand gestures captured by the camera in front of them.
