Under the auspices of Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, and the supervision of Dr. Tamer Medhat, Head of Huawei Training Academy at the university, and Dr. Mahmoud Yassin Shams El Din, Director of Huawei Training Academy, student Mahmoud Atef Abdel Hamid Abdel Aty, Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Kafrelsheikh University, won the first place at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the second at the level of the African continent, with a team consisting of two other students from Mansoura University in the global stage of the Huawei ICT competition 2022-2023 (Huawei ICT competition 202 2/2023) to secure a seat for Egypt in the final stage of the global competition held in China, among the 3 seats available for the African continent.
