Today, Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the activities of the initiative "Preserve the Environment... Ride Your Bike" were held at the Faculty of Specific Education, Kafrelsheikh University, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdelrazek Youssef Desouki, the university president. The event was attended by various university officials, including the vice president for education and student affairs, the vice president for graduate studies and research, and the vice president for environmental development and community service.
The initiative, coordinated by Dr. Lamiaa Lotfy Sadek and Dr. Amira Ahmed Fouad, started with a photo session with the university president and other dignitaries. The procession then moved from the college entrance to the university entrance, passing by main roads and returning to the Faculty of Specific Education. A bike race was organized involving faculty members, staff, and students.
The day concluded with various sports competitions among the students, and the dean commended the positive participation of faculty, staff, and students, emphasizing the importance of the initiative in environmental conservation. She expressed the need for organizing diverse activities in the near future for their positive impact on everyone's well-being.
