Objectives


Department objectives:

1.   Providing the student with skills related to the elements of the basic administrative process such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling.

2.   Enhancing leadership skills and promoting teamwork.

3.   Designing training programs for managing human resources and developing their leadership skills and benefiting from them in health institutions.

4.   Active participation in self-learning through critical thinking and the ability to make decisions by applying the principles of problem-solving.

5.   Evaluating the services provided in health care institutions and working to raise their level in line with quality standards through scientific research.

6.   Preparing a research plan for the department commensurate with the standards of managing health institutions locally and regionally.

7.   Providing consultations, technical support and training to various health institutions.

8.   Preparing advanced postgraduate programs to enable students to research and enhance leadership and management skills.
