Please note that Maersk is launching a paid summer training on the 13th of August 2023 for a duration of 4-5 weeks 

 

Program objectives 

• Understand the business environment.
• Develop students’ Technical & Soft skills.
• Enhance student Stakeholders' management.
• Coaching & Experience sharing.

 

The program includes the below:

• Cross functional (Gemba practice) students will have the opportunity to participate in a Gemba walk and work with cross functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• External visits to our sites across Egypt (terminals, warehouses, depots..).
• Business Challenge: At the end of the summer training, students will work on a real business challenge to be presented to our top management.

 

Needed criteria

• English : intermediate
• Soft skills (communication, teamwork, time-management, commitment & accountability , adaptability.. etc).

• University year 3 & 4.
• Preferred to logistics major or any other major.
