The President inspects University Hospital to Follow up Quality of Medical Services and Enhance Efficiency of the Health System

In the framework of continuous follow-up to elevate the health system and provide distinguished medical services, Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of the University, conducts an inspection tour of the University Hospital. The visit aims to ensure the level of medical services provided to patients and to follow up workflow across various departments and treatment units.

During the tour, the President inspects several inpatient departments and intensive care units. He listens to patients and their families to check on the quality of healthcare provided. He praises the significant efforts exerted by the medical, nursing, and administrative teams, and the advanced therapeutic services they offer, which help alleviate patients’ suffering and provide comprehensive medical care.

The President confirms that the University Hospital represents a fully integrated medical and scientific fortress, stating: “We place the health of the citizen at the top of our priorities, and we continuously work to provide advanced treatment services that meet international standards and achieve the highest levels of satisfaction for patients and visitors.”

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid adds that the university possesses distinguished medical cadres and significant human and scientific capabilities, and that it seeks to maximize the benefit from them to present a successful model of university hospitals capable of combining high-quality medical service with academic and research excellence.

For his part, Prof. Taha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, states that the university hospitals are under continuous follow-up to develop performance and improve the efficiency of health services. This ensures the provision of the best level of medical care for patients. He affirms the faculty and hospitals’ administration’s commitment to supporting the educational and training process alongside the provision of therapeutic services.

Prof. Hany Hamed, Executive Director of the University Hospitals, confirms that the university hospitals continue to operate according to an integrated system aimed at improving the quality of health services and providing a safe treatment environment for patients. He notes the ongoing development and modernization efforts to achieve the highest rates of efficiency and excellence.

 

Prof. Jamal Shams, Director of the University Hospital, indicates that all medical teams work around the clock to provide comprehensive health services. He confirms that the hospital is witnessing a noticeable development in the level of performance and services provided, reflecting the prominent status and leadership of Kafrelsheikh University in the medical field.
