Decent Life Launches the WE SUPPORT Initiative in Collaboration with the University

The Decent Life Foundation, in collaboration with the university, launched the "We Support" initiative for supporting university students on Thursday, May 23, 2024, under the patronage of Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, the university president, and Dr. Amany Shaker, the university's Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development. The event was attended by Hind Jalal, the Director of Community Support Initiatives at the Decent Life Foundation, Ahmed Farag, a member of the Decent Life Foundation, Colonel Osama El-Desouky, the director of the Decent Life office in Kafr El-Sheikh, Islam Gabr, the general coordinator of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and Dr. Mahitab Magdy, the deputy general coordinator of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.

Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, the university president, stated, "We Support comes within the fruitful cooperation between the Decent Life Foundation and Kafr El-Sheikh University. Several gifts were distributed to students from the faculties of commerce, human medicine, physical therapy, pharmacy, and artificial intelligence to support and engage university students in understanding how to deal with exam periods and the institution's plan for youth during the summer break, expressing gratitude to the Decent Life Foundation for its prominent role in serving the community."

Dr. Amany Shaker, the university's Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, confirmed that the Decent Life Foundation plays an important and national role in line with the vision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, in improving the lives of Egyptian citizens. The initiative targeted university students to provide them with more incentives in their studies and exams by giving them some materials to help improve their performance in the educational process and exams.

 

It is worth mentioning that the initiative aimed to support university students psychologically before the end-of-year exams for the academic year 2023/2024 and to introduce them to the summer activities offered by the Decent Life Foundation to encourage university students to join programs such as Valleyo, Decent Life Camps, University Youth Forum, Technology Ambassadors Initiative, Entrepreneurship and Digital Economic Empowerment, and Youth Forums to become part of the Decent Life family.
