The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary witnesses the opening session of the third annual conference of Dermatology in the presence of the consultant Salah el jafarawy, the representative of ISESCO; Dr Lamis El Madawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health; Dr Timor Khalifa, the head of Dermatology Association for Children and Dr Hamdy Ismail, the head of scientific society of doctors in Kafrelsheikh.

As well, the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary assures that university sponsorship of this conference comes within the framework of the third function of university which includes three dimensions: continuous education, technology transfer and community participation, so University sponsorship for this conference is evidence for enhancing the values of community responsibility.

This is the method of university after establishing five medical faculties including the Faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physical Therapy and Nursing as well as student hospital, outpatient clinics of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, medical committee of staff members and equipping university hospital scheduled to be opened in the end of this year in case of availability of financial resources.

He points out that the aim of this conference is to know the latest developments in the field of dermatology and cosmetology and methods of diagnosis and treatment, wishing to be a new step to improve medical performance in Kafrelsheikh.
