The president issued a resolution NO 4828 on
13 February 2013 after seeing the following:

The law No 49 for the year 1972 about the law of universities'
organization, its executive schedule and modified and complementary laws.
·
The President's resolution No 809 for the year 1975 about
executive schedule for universities 'organization law and modified laws.
·
The Prime Minister's resolution No 23 for the year 2013 about
modifying some executive schedule for universities' organization law.
·
Fax from the minister of Higher Education on 6/2/2013 in this
matter
·
