Under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary and the vice dean for the affairs of education and students, major literary competition is held for the year 2012/2013 in general management for youth welfare until 28 February 2013 in the following fields:

• Poetry:
• Poem topic is free
• Vertical poetry: not less than 15 and not more than 25 verses.
• Free poetry: not less than 15 and not more than 50 verses.
• Zajal:
• Poem topic is free.
• It should not be less than 15 verses.
• Article:
• Poem’s topic is “Egypt as I see after 25January Revolution”
• It should not be more than 15 pages.
• Short story:
• Poem’s topic is free
• It should be from 1-5 pages.
• Research:
• Research in Quran and Sunnah miracles in one of the following topics:
• Sunnah scientific miracles, Quran miracle in the stages of creating fetus, Quran miracle in Dawaa and in aerospace
• Play:
• Theatrical text from one scene.
• Calligraphy:
• One Quran verse on cardboard (50/70).
• Wall magazine:
• Every faculty participates with one issue about current events.
• Magazine size is (70/100).

The terms:

• These works should not be published before.
• Every student participates with one deed in any field with external cover containing the student’s name, faculty and the competition field).
• Every student should fill participation form accredited from faculty with copy of national ID, card photo and personal photo.

The prizes:

• The first place in eight fields (100 pounds).
• The second place in seven fields (80 pounds).
• The third place in seven fields (60 pounds).
