The unit is under the supervision of the Dean, with the Vice Dean for Community Service

as the executive manager and an administrative staff member.

Objectives

Build communication channels, prepare and train graduates, build a graduate database,

evaluate job performance and provide support, provide feedback to develop educational

programs, coordinate with civil society institutions, communicate with employment

agencies.

Tasks

Census of graduates (numbers, workplaces, roles), implement necessary training courses to

raise their level.

Key Achievements of the Unit

        1.  Registering graduate names and addresses.

        2.  Implementing several training courses for graduates.

        3.  Holding a graduates' ceremony.

        4.  Advertising unit activities on the college website.

        5.  Conducting several scientific seminars for graduates.

        6.  Gauging beneficiary opinions and measuring their satisfaction.

        7.  Holding employment forums and inviting employment agencies and graduates.

        8.  Creating a graduates' guide.
