Objectives of the Unit

The main goals of the unit are:

1. Ensure quality and excellence in educational and administrative performance in all departments of the college.
2. Develop internal systems for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and institutional accreditation.
3. Encourage staff and students to participate effectively in maintaining quality standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
4. Implement training programs to raise awareness and build capacity for academic and administrative quality.
5. Follow up and evaluate the application of quality standards and performance indicators across all college units.
6. Coordinate with the university’s quality assurance center to achieve consistency and continuous improvement.
7. Support innovation and development in teaching methods and academic programs.
8. Prepare periodic reports on the progress of quality assurance and submit them to the university administration.
9. Work toward national accreditation and recognition by relevant educational authorities.
