The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Kafrelsheikh University is distinguished

by having a Central Laboratory for the Diagnosis and Research of Animal,

Poultry, and Fish Diseases. It is the only laboratory of its kind among

veterinary faculties in the Delta region. The laboratory provides valuable

services to owners of fattening and dairy farms, as well as poultry and fish

farms in the Delta area, through the diagnosis of microbial and hematological

diseases using the latest scientific techniques and advanced equipment.

In addition, the laboratory organizes training courses for undergraduate and

postgraduate students (Diploma – Master’s – Ph.D.), as well as faculty

members, while also supporting scientific research and graduate theses

(Master’s and Doctoral) conducted by researchers.
