The Faculty of Specific Education Participates in the Launch of Environmental Week and Entrepreneurship Activities at the Faculty of Physical Education, Kafrelsheikh University

 In the Pursuit of a Sustainable University Environment and Green Entrepreneurship

As part of the university's commitment to a sustainable academic environment and green entrepreneurship, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized the Environmental Week for Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation from March 16 to 20, 2025. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Abdelrazek Desouky, University President, Prof. Ismail Ibrahim, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Amani Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.

On Sunday, March 16, 2025, the Faculty of Specific Education showcased its outstanding participation in the opening day of the Environmental Week at the Indoor Hall of the Faculty of Physical Education, Kafrelsheikh University. The event commenced with a grand marching parade featuring all faculties, followed by diverse sports performances, all organized under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed Zeina, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education.

The Faculty of Specific Education played a key role in the event, with the participation of Prof. Naglaa Hosni Al-Ashraf, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Prof. Dalia Al-Masry, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, alongside an elite group of faculty members and students.

In her speech, Prof. Naglaa Al-Ashraf emphasized the active involvement of the faculty’s students in sports activities, highlighting their innovative contributions towards addressing environmental challenges and developing sustainable solutions. This event reaffirms the faculty’s pioneering role in integrating education with sustainable development while empowering students in entrepreneurship and innovation.

The first day of the Environmental Week also witnessed intense football competitions, with the Faculty of Specific Education making a strong start by securing an impressive 3-0 victory against the Faculty of Science, earning their first three points in the tournament.
