A seminar will be held on Tuesday 9/10/2012 at 1 pm for Doctorate thesis of Reham Refaat Abed el Sami, the assistant lecturer in Home Economics department (specialism: Nutrition and Food Science). The name of thesis is “The use of fixed and volatile oils extracted from some plant sources as antioxidants ands microbes in some foods” under the supervision of:

1)    Prof Dr Mustafa Ahmed Own, the professor in Food Industries Department in the faculty of Agriculture.

2)    Prof Dr Mervat Ibrahim el Daimari, the assistant professor in Home Economics Department.
