 As part of the third day of the conference, which witnessed a broad turnout of researchers and specialists to discuss the latest issues and challenges in the field of nutrition and food sciences, the session was chaired by Prof. Ashraf Abdel Aziz, Professor of Nutrition at the Faculty of Home Economics, Helwan University, and Prof. Hani Helmy Mohamed El-Sayed, Professor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University.

The session included discussions on a series of research papers, notably one presented by Prof. Hani Helmy Mohamed El-Sayed titled "Food Security and Scientific Research - The Simple Equation." This paper explored the relationship between scientific research and its pivotal role in achieving food security while proposing practical and innovative solutions to challenges related to food resource shortages.

Additionally, the session reviewed numerous scientific studies focusing on key issues such as improving food quality, promoting healthy dietary systems, and developing modern techniques for food processing and preservation.
