The Launch of the First Day of the Fourth International Conference of the Faculty of Specific Education, Kafr El-Sheikh University, titled:
"Specific Sciences and Labor Market Requirements in Light of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Green Culture"
On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, Kafr El-Sheikh University witnessed the launch of the Fourth International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Specific Education under the theme "Specific Sciences and Labor Market Requirements in Light of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Green Culture." The conference, which spans five days, is held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Amani Mohamed Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The opening ceremony was attended by prominent academic leaders, including Dr. Salwa El-Gharib, former Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, alongside several deans, vice deans, and university professors.
Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of the University, expressed his pride in this significant scientific event, which brings together brilliant minds from various fields. He emphasized that the conference addresses the escalating environmental challenges and rapid technological advancements. Integrating artificial intelligence with green culture, he noted, has become an essential step toward achieving sustainable development goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030. He described the conference as not merely an academic platform but also a practical initiative aimed at finding innovative solutions to advance specific sciences and enhance environmental efficiency.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Ismail Al-Qan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, praised the university administration’s unwavering support for the Faculty of Specific Education. He noted that this reflects the university’s commitment to advancing scientific research and directing it toward practical applications that serve the community. He added that scientific conferences aim to create a space for dialogue and knowledge exchange to devise innovative solutions for societal challenges.
Similarly, Prof. Dr. Naglaa Hosni Al-Ashraf, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education and Conference Chair, highlighted that the conference embodies a serious ambition to connect specific sciences with labor market demands by employing artificial intelligence technologies and green culture concepts. She pointed out that the conference seeks to present innovative solutions for sustainable development through specialized research and studies addressing various aspects of specific sciences.
Over the conference days, distinguished scholars and experts from Egyptian universities and specialized companies will share new insights and ideas aimed at enabling researchers and students to stay abreast of technological advancements and apply them to serve society and achieve comprehensive development.
