Today Wednesday 4/12/2019, Kafrelsheikh University receives the evaluation committee of the Best Egyptian University Competition according to particular criteria and principles in implementation of the initiative announced by Mr Abed el Fattah El Sisi, the President of the Republic, to choose the best Egyptian university in preparation for receiving students in the academic year 2019/2020.
As well, the President Prof Dr Abed el Raziq Dousoki mentions that the committee visits the university administration, a number of faculties including Science, Fisheries and Pharmacy, as well as university facilities, several laboratories, auditoriums, libraries, stadiums, Fitness Center and students’ activities center, Student Housing and the restaurant to learn about the university's capabilities and the quality of service provided to students in all educational buildings and at all levels. The President displays the students’ activities that were implemented in accordance with its time plan and the services that the university provides to its students, especially medical care to learn about the university's capabilities and the quality of service provided to students in all educational buildings and at all levels.
The committee also held a meeting with university students, in the presence of Prof Dr Hasan Younis, the Vice-President for Post-graduation Studies and Research, and the deans.
Otherwise, he adds that it is reviewed a number of achievements and projects implemented during the past and current period via therapeutic convoys plan with its all human, veterinary and agriculture types for the service of the surrounding local community in all cities and villages of the governorate.
Dousoki explains that the university witnessed a leap in the scientific, research and educational field of the development of laboratories, auditoriums and new buildings of the faculties in addition to its social, informative and developmental role, confirming the university's support for student union activities and various student activities in the sportive, cultural, artistic and literary fields to build the student’s personality and invest their energies.
