1. Develop teaching, learning, assessment, and training strategies for the Faculty’s academic programs.
2. Obtain accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE).
3. Update academic programs and curricula in accordance with quality standards and labor market requirements.
4. Establish new service units to meet community needs.
5. Expand community services and contributions to environmental development.
6. Strengthen partnerships with civil society sectors and relevant institutions.
7. Enhance the organizational and administrative structure in line with the scope and nature of the Faculty’s activities and services.
8. Address shortages in faculty members, staff, and administrative personnel.
9. Implement and activate objective and innovative performance evaluation standards, alongside accountability and monitoring systems.
