Under the auspices of Eng Khaled Abdulaziz, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Majid lunar, president of the university, the General Directorate of Youth Welfare at the University of Shaikh organized in cooperation with the General Directorate of Universities, Ministry of Youth and Sports in the course of human development under the title "Commander of the industry."

 He participated in this session, 448 students from various faculties of the university, in the presence of trained specialists in human development, science, and included a session preparing young people for leadership arts and the importance of youth in building a bright future for the country.

 For his part, Dr. Majid lunar, rector stressed that the aim of the establishment of this session prepare a generation of young people capable of leading the future of the nation seeks to progress, noting that the university is keen to cooperate with all institutions and ministries to rehabilitate and educate young people and awareness for the manufacture of a generation commander can pay locomotive development for the benefit of our beloved Egypt
