Understanding memorandum is signed between Newcourse Institution for Educational Services subordinate to UNESCO in People's Republic of China represented by Yang Xue Feng, the manager of Newcourse institution for educational services and Kafrelsheikh University under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary to teach the Chinese students in Arabic Language Learning Center to Non-Native Speakers in the presence of the vice president for community service and environment development Prof Dr Ahmed Ali Abu Shoshaa and Dr Walid Shawky el Buhairi, the supervisor on Arabic Language Learning Center to Non-Native Speakers.
