Post-graduation studies and research council No 100 reviews on Sunday 15/2/2015, under the authority of the vice president for post-graduation and studies and accredited from the president, decision including that due to the lack of title in English language in registrations of some faculty departments and absence of thesis after finishing in the same language, the council decides the following:

1)      Obligating all scientific specialisms in all faculties to put title in English if the language of thesis is Arabic and title in Arabic if the thesis language is foreign (English, French or non-Arabic language)

2)      Putting Abstract in English for thesis if it is Arabic and in English if it is non-Arabic
