Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ismail Ibrahim, President of the University,
and Prof. Dr. Sabah Abu Al-Futouh, Dean of the Faculty,
and under the supervision of Mr. Ehab Gad, Director of Student Welfare at the University,
the Faculty of Nursing organized a seminar on bullying.
The seminar was delivered by Sheikh Mohamed Amer, a scholar from the Ministry of Awqaf, with the participation of the Vice Deans, faculty members, and a large number of students.
The seminar discussed the concept of bullying, its various forms, and Islam’s stance toward harmful behaviors, emphasizing that our noble faith calls for mercy, tolerance, and respect for others. It also stressed that bullying is an inappropriate behavior that does not align with the values of a conscious and civilized Muslim society.
This seminar comes within the framework of the Faculty of Nursing’s keenness to promote ethical and human values among its students, and to reinforce their role in spreading a culture of respect within the educational environment and the healthcare field.
