Kafrelsheikh University Faculty of Nursing Hosts Technical Support Team for the Project on Developing Practical and Oral Examination Systems

Kafrelsheikh University’s Faculty of Nursing recently received the technical support team for the Project on Developing Practical and Oral Examination Systems, funded by the Project Management Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education. The visiting team included Dr. Wafaa Abdel-Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Misr University for Science and Technology, and Dr. Hisham Ezzat Saad, Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Fayoum University, and an expert at the Measurement and Evaluation Center within the Project Management Unit. The visit was part of providing technical support, monitoring the implementation of project activities according to the executive plan and timeline, and offering recommendations to improve performance at the Faculty of Nursing.

The President of Kafrelsheikh University emphasized the university’s commitment to providing all forms of support to its faculties. He confirmed that the university adopts academic standards aligned with developmental needs and consistent with the university’s new strategic plan as well as the state’s directions and Egypt Vision 2030.

Dr. Sabah Abu El-Fotouh, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, highlighted the distinguished role of the university, represented by the Faculty of Nursing, in serving students and advancing the healthcare sector. She emphasized that the vital role of nurses is equally important as that of physicians in society. The faculty fulfills its community role by graduating highly trained professionals capable of providing excellent healthcare services.

The visiting team praised the outstanding role played by the university, particularly the Faculty of Nursing, in supporting students and developing the healthcare sector. The team also commended the smooth operation of the educational process within the faculty.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Sabah Abu El-Fotouh, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Fatma Abu El-Ala, Executive Director of the Project, the faculty vice deans, and members of the teaching staff.
