As part of the orientation program activities for internship students at the Faculty of Nursing, Kafrelsheikh University, and under the auspices of Professor Sabah Abu Al-Fotouh, Dean of the Faculty, an introductory seminar was held on the Incision Academy platform. The seminar was attended by faculty members and internship students.
The seminar aimed to:
• Introduce students to the Incision Academy platform as an innovative educational tool in the field of clinical and surgical skills.
• Demonstrate how to leverage the platform's content to develop the practical and cognitive skills of nursing students.
• Provide students with the opportunity to learn about interactive learning methods supported by high-quality videos and simulations.
The seminar activities included:
• An opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty, welcoming representatives of the Knowledge Bank, faculty members, and students, emphasizing the importance of continuous training to keep pace with developments in medical education.
• An introductory presentation on the platform, explaining its features and how to use it.
• An open discussion with students about their training needs and how to connect the platform to practical realities during the internship phase.
The students interacted positively with the seminar content and praised the college's efforts in providing advanced educational resources that contribute to raising their professional competence.
In conclusion, the Dean of the College emphasized the college's ongoing commitment to providing its students with the latest educational tools and programs, which positively impacts the quality of educational outcomes and raises the level of nursing care.
