On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, attended the collective Iftar banquet organized by the "Students for Egypt" family on campus. The event was attended by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Ismail El-Qan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Ali Abu Shousha, former Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary-General of the University; deans of faculties; Dr. Rushdi El-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University; Dr. Ahmed Darag, General Coordinator of the "Students for Egypt" family; and Dr. Marwa Ghallab, Deputy General Coordinator of the "Students for Egypt" family. The event was also attended by faculty members, coordinators of the "Students for Egypt" family at the university's faculties, administrative leaders, and college secretaries. This is a welcome step aimed at strengthening the collective spirit, communication, and bonding among university students. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, praised the organization of this iftar, which lays the foundations of love and affection among university students. He emphasized the university's support for the family's activities in all fields, extending his congratulations to the Students for Egypt family on this blessed month. He added that holding this group iftar reflects the importance of student teamwork and cooperation for the benefit of their colleagues. He praised the excellent behavior and good organization of the iftar, which he described as a good initiative.
Following the iftar, Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, addressed the Students for Egypt family, emphasizing the university's role in preparing student cadres capable of assuming responsibility. He also highlighted the family's role in motivating students to participate in all activities and also to express their opinions on various issues and topics.

The collective iftar was followed by a Ramadan evening featuring artistic performances of religious chanting and tanoura performances
At the conclusion of the event, the students posed for commemorative photos with the university president, expressing their happiness at his commitment to continuous communication with them.
