The Psychological Counseling Center at Kafr El-Sheikh University holds a seminar entitled "How to Deal with Toxic Personalities" on Monday, November 12, 2024, at the Faculty of Nursing

In the presence of Prof. Dr. / Faten Qansouh, Director of the Psychological Counseling Center at the University

The training was conducted by Prof. Dr. / Sabah Abu Al-Fotouh Muhammad, Professor of Psychological Nursing. Health and Psychology and Dean of the Faculty of Nursing

And Dr. Amani Sobhi, Lecturer of Psychological Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing

The seminar addressed several important axes aimed at educating the attendees on how to identify toxic personalities in their lives and deal with them effectively

The seminar witnessed great interaction from the attendees who asked questions about their personal experiences with toxic personalities, and asked for advice on dealing with specific situations. Some of them also shared stories about their success in improving their relationships or ending harmful relationships.

The most important recommendations were:

Raising community awareness of the importance of mental health and the impact of toxic relationships on it.

Organizing specialized workshops to teach individuals how to deal with toxic personalities.

Encouraging individuals to seek psychological support when needed.
