  Kafrelsheikh University launches a medical convoy to the village of 69 Al-Mansour within the presidential initiative “A Decent Life”

Today, Thursday, 12/8/2024, Kafrelsheikh University launched a comprehensive medical convoy to the village of 69 Al-Mansour and the neighboring villages in the Hamoul Center, under the patronage of Mr. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and the supervision of Dr. Abdel-Razek Desouki, President of Kafr El-Sheikh University, and Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President of the University for Affairs. Community service and environmental development, within the framework of the “Decent Life” presidential initiative, to develop the Egyptian countryside, in cooperation with the Decent Life Foundation, and the Kafr El-Sheikh Addiction Relief and Treatment Fund, and in continuation of the series of convoys launched by the university in villages at the governorate level.
This comes within the framework of the university’s role in contributing to the implementation of the state plan and the directives of the political leadership to build generations capable of keeping pace with the serious steps of the Egyptian state in building the modern state and contributing to achieving its goals in accordance with Vision 2030, and out of belief in the university’s role in serving the community within the villages of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate within the scope of the initiative. The convoy was supervised in the field by Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and the Human Medicine Sector was supervised by Dr. Wael Al-Feki, Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and followed by Nafie Hamada, Director General of the General Administration of Environmental Projects, and Mohamed Salah, Director of the Project Follow-up Department.
A number of specialized professors from the faculties of medicine, dentistry, and nursing participated in the convoy, where a large number of citizens were examined in various medical specialties, which included internal medicine, eyes, ophthalmology, nose, ear, throat, women, obstetrics, dermatology, reproductive, psychological, neurological, children, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and brain surgery. Neurology, and physical therapy. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of Kafrelsheikh University, confirmed that the university continues to launch development convoys for those most in need, and that the convoy includes an elite group of faculty members representing various specializations from distinguished cadres from the faculties of human medicine, dentistry, and nursing.
The President of Kafrelsheikh University directed the continuation of launching medical and development awareness convoys to the areas most in need in all centers of Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, with the aim of conducting medical examinations and providing free treatment.
He added that the medical convoy witnessed today a large turnout from the people, and a medical examination was conducted on 1,138 cases from the people of the village of 69 Al-Mansour and neighboring villages, at the hands of an elite group of specialized and distinguished doctors in various specialties, as part of the Decent Life Initiative, and free treatment was provided to all hesitant patients.
