-          Upon admission to the Faculty, every student is assigned a faculty member (advisor) who is available to answer questions about courses and program' registration, adding & drop process, also to review past, current and proposed course work, to guide educational and career planning and to help with academic-related problems.

-          The advisor can also help the student, or refer him/ her to a course instructor / or designated person to help students who have related difficulties to study habits, reading skills or personal problems having impact on student' acquisition.

-          All students are obligated to make an appointment with their assigned advisors to introduce themselves and touch base with them, preferably during the first week of the beginning of classes.

-          All students must maintain meeting with their academic advisors through out the semester to review their progress, consult for any other study or related issues.
