Critical Care & Emergency Nursing Department:  

Critical Care & Emergency Department has been established for purpose of   providing undergraduate as well as post-graduate students with knowledge and skills associated with the delivery of emergency nursing care to an adult; pediatrics through acquiring and implementation of updated and high tech modalities of providing health & nursing care. Practice in  related areas and health settings  are ranged from life saving interventions to providing health promotion and injury prevention. In addition, assisting student to develop psychomotor skills of simulated laboratory / clinical practicum. Also,  enabling students to provide comprehensive quality nursing care to emergent patient with different body system alterations, with different types of invasive devices and with different types of machines encountered in said specialty care settings. Critical thinking, clinical judgment, decision making and team work are emphasized in this specialty. Objectives of this scientific department have been derived for its main goal of  life saving interventions for those with threatening life.
