Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abd El Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, the Faculties of "Al-Alsun, Fisheries, Artificial Intelligence, Institute of Nano Science and Technology" participate in a series of seminars entitled "Choose your faculty", which will continue until August 15, 2022 in the Great Hall of the Damanhour Cultural Complex, with the participation of 14 public and private universities, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, Professor of Agricultural Economics and General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, to shed light on the nature of the various faculties and their available departments and the different fields they qualify for, with the aim of raising awareness and educating high school students who have completed this year’s exams, and their parents, and explaining the basic criteria on which students choose their faculties.

The participating faculties delegation made presentations about the university’s faculties and institutes, the opportunities available therein, the method of application, admission requirements and writing of desires, in addition to sharing personal experiences in studying new fields in the sectors of information and communication technology and artificial intelligence, the Faculty of Fisheries and the Institute of Nanotechnology and Science in line with the country’s current trend in Digital transformation and the expansion of the use of modern technology in providing services to citizens.
