The Faculty of Human Medicine - Kafrelsheikh University was established by Republican Decree No. (595) for the year (2013 AD).

The study began in the academic year (2013/2014 AD), and the temporary headquarters of the college was in the building of the College of Science.

The building of the Faculty of Human Medicine was inaugurated on Saturday 10/5/2014 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Wael El-Degwa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, accompanied by Counselor/Mohamed Ezzat Ajwa, former governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, former university president, and the presidents of Egyptian universities.

The university hospital building was established so that it would be the main nucleus for vertical expansion in the future in the field of establishing various specialized medical centers in stages, especially since the basic base represented by the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital is now on the ground.
