The unit operates through a set of strategic objectives that are fully aligned with the values and requirements of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). These objectives fulfill the mission of the unit and contribute to achieving the mission of the Faculty. They include: Establishing an internal quality assurance system within the Faculty in accordance with the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education. Preparing the Faculty to apply for accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education. Promoting a culture of quality within the Faculty through: Organizing awareness seminars on the concepts and principles of quality assurance and updates on accreditation standards at least once annually. Issuing a semi-annual specialized newsletter on quality assurance to disseminate concepts and achievements related to the Faculty’s quality system. Gaining community trust in the outcomes of the Faculty’s educational process. Enhancing community participation, encouraging civil society organizations and education-oriented associations to engage in monitoring and supporting the quality environment within the Faculty. Promoting values of excellence and competitiveness among all academic departments and administrative units of the Faculty. Embedding the concept and mechanisms of continuous improvement by guiding development activities toward aligning with international standards of quality assurance in all fields.
