Today, Monday, 26/9/2022, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, witnesses the closing ceremony of student activities at the Faculty of Medicine, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs; Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities, and Prof. Dr. Taha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and staff members, employees and students.
During the ceremony, the President honors the students who excelled academically and scientifically, members of the Students' Union and those who excel in sports activities, and handed them certificates of appreciation.
The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky states that the political leadership attaches great importance to student activities in universities, and from this point of view, the university administration supports student activities in all its forms and encourages students to develop their talents, with the aim of preparing generations capable of innovation and creativity and graduating a generation of young people capable of making the future.
Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, points out the importance of student activities in forming the student's personality, in addition to the scientific aspects and academic study.
Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, Professor of Agricultural Economics and General Coordinator of Student Activities, thanks the students for choosing the members of the Federation Council, which is the best ambassador for them. He says that the honoring includes staff members, employees and students participating in student activities, adding that distinguished students are honored in a number of Fields such as sports and scouting activities, cultural, scientific and social activities and others.
The Student Ismail Ibrahim Ismail, Head of the Students’ Union, praises the support of the university’s leadership for the union in all activities, thanking his colleagues for their trust and support, explaining that the ultimate goal is to serve them.
