The University continues its Medical Convoys in the Village of “El-Bayadh” Desouq Center within a Dignified Life

 The university, represented by the community service and environmental development sector at the university, launches an integrated medical convoy , Thursday, 29/9/2022, to the village of “El-Bayadh” Desouq Center, and a number of neighboring villages, within the framework of the presidential initiative "Dignified Life" for the development of the Egyptian countryside in continuation of a series of the convoys launched by the university in villages at the governorate level, under the patronage of the President Abd El Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University.

A number of specialized professors from the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry participate in the convoy, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Taha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Enas Al-gendi, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry; Prof. Dr. Maha Abu Jazia, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, and Prof. Dr. Wael El-Feki, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community service and environmental development, as a large number of citizens in various medical specialties were detected, including the specialties of “Ophthalmology - Dermatology - Cardiovascular - Pediatric - Neuro Surgery - Urology - Cardio-thoracic Surgery - Orthopedic Surgery - Internal Medicine - Diabetes and Endocrinology - General Surgery - Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (ENT) - Obstetrics and Gynecology - Dentistry – Prosthetics”.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, indicates that a number of integrated “health, environmental, agricultural, veterinary, educational and scientific” convoys are organized for villages at the governorate level, in cooperation with the Council of Ministers, the governorate, city councils and the National Council for Women.

The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky says that the organization of medical and awareness convoys is held within the framework of the presidential initiative "A Dignified Life", to provide the best medical and treatment services to citizens, and as a continuation of the university's efforts in community participation and providing more medical services to the people of the governorate, in coordination and cooperation with the competent authorities.

 

Dr. Desouky adds that the medical convoy conducts medical examinations on 1177 cases by a group of specialized and distinguished doctors in various specialties, and medicines were given for free to all patients.
