He says that the hospital is a great achievement for the medical sector in the governorate, which is the dream of the people of Kafrelsheikh, instead of moving to emergency hospitals in the neighboring governorates, and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.

The President indicates that the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, inspects in September 2020 the project of establishing an emergency hospital, which comes within the framework of completing the implementation of the integrated medical system at the university.

The President of Kafrelsheikh University, Prof. Abdelrazek Desouky, explains that the building consists of a ground floor and eight upper floors, with a total surface of up to 45 thousand square meters, and the building contains a full floor for emergency reception equipped with an operating room, wards, and an internal intensive care department.

 

The building also contains 650 residential beds, 87 intensive care beds, 30 incubators, and 10 children's intensive care beds. The building also includes 16 rooms.
