§
Raise the scientific competence of undergraduates through curriculum development, evaluation systems and examinations in accordance with quality standards and global dependence.
§
Providing the undergraduates with skills of scientific research, effective presentation and team work through mini research work.
§
Development of integrated lectures and workshops in partnership with different departments including: surgery, Public Health and Clinical Pathology departments and the institutes and the hospitals of the Ministry of Health to raise the awareness of the parasites endemic in Egyptian society (how to diagnose, treat and use the modern technology and methods for their prevention).
§
Development of scientific research in partnership with specialized world institutes.
§
Establishment of a unit for the diagnosis of parasitic diseases using traditional immunological and molecular assays.
