Performance evaluation and assessment: qualify the effectiveness of the educational process. In the context of developing the educational process, Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel-All, Dean of the faculty met today Dr. Hany Borg, Director of the Performance evaluation and assessment Unit, to discuss ways of development of assessment of the actual performance of students as one of the educational outputs and how to measure it. Dr. Hany Borg presented a training plan to spread the culture of measurement and performance evaluation, prepare trained cadres and construct question banks targeting the learning outcomes and the academic standards for the academic programs in the faculty. His Excellency the Dean stressed the importance of reviewing and preparing periodic reports for the evaluation of written exams and preparing executive plans with rapid, efficient corrective actions for weaknesses and emphasizing the augmentation of strengths.
