Growing vegetables without soil under Egyptian conditions

Under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el kemary and within the interest of implementing the applications of scientific research in the field of agriculture, the Faculty of Agriculture organizes training course in the field of "growing vegetables without soil under Egyptian conditions" for the students of the Greens Division and Graduate Studies, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafrelsheikh University, for training on the production of vegetables without soil which has been produced on three phases. The first phase is on July 2014; the second phase is on September 2014 and the third phase is on February 2015 in the presence of trainers from Netherlands in this area and they are Prof Anglia Benin and Prof Herman Oakalpom.

The session discusses how to grow vegetables without soil and benefits of this type of agriculture in terms of water supply, employment and reduce dependence on fertilizers.
