To Support the National Economy and Bridge the Gap Between University Graduates and the Labor Market

The Faculty of Medicine at Kafrelsheikh University hosted the First “University and Industry” Conference, bringing together the Faculties of Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, and Physical Therapy at the University Conference Hall.
The participating faculties presented various ideas and proposals aimed at linking academic programs with the needs of industry and the labor market.

The Faculty of Medicine actively participated in the conference by presenting a number of scientific research papers.
Among the highlights was a presentation by Prof. Khaled Ismail, Head of the General Surgery Department, and Dr. Mohamed Shaalan, Lecturer in the department, who discussed key challenges facing the field of surgery and how modern technology could offer solutions. Participating companies showcased their technologies and services relevant to these challenges.

At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the speakers in recognition of their valuable contributions to the conference.
