A Medical Examination for Breast Cancer at the University Hospital in cooperation with the National Council for Women

Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, said that the campaign aims to educate women about the disease, how to prevent it, and the importance of early detection to limit its spread. The campaign also aims to teach women about the method of self-examination, thanking the National Council for Women in Kafrelsheikh, the university administration, the university hospital administration, the surgical oncology department, the radiology department, and the Faculty of Medicine for the good reception, preparation and organization.

The president adds that patients will be directed through the campaign to receive the necessary treatment, and the hospital has all the capabilities of modern equipment, in addition to an oncology department as patients receive chemotherapy and other types of treatments, and they receive great attention and care at the hands of specialized doctors and professors, confirming that the university will soon witness the opening of a specialized oncology hospital that will serve the people of the governorate and neighboring governorates.

Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Rapporteur of the National Council for Women, Kafrelsheikh Branch, says that there is complete cooperation between Kafrelsheikh University and the National Council for Women, to serve women, examine them for free, carry out rumors, and provide free treatment, and the campaign receives great attention from Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University
