Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Major General Dr. Mohammed Shousha, Governor of North Sinai, praise the medical convoys organized by Kafrelsheikh University, which continue their work for three consecutive days, and which target Bir al-Abd, Al-Arish, and Sheikh Zuweid to serve our people in North Sinai Governorate, as a continuation of what the Egyptian state achieved during the era of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and the many victories achieved by this valiant people.
The university, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Third Field Army, launches a comprehensive medical convoy to Sheikh Zuweid, on its third day in North Sinai Governorate, the land of championships, the land of challenge and steadfastness, under the patronage of the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, under the supervision of Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, and Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, within the framework of the presidential initiative “A Dignified Life,” and in continuation of the series of convoys launched by the University, Within the framework of the university’s role in contributing to the implementation of the state plan and the directives of the political leadership and contributing to achieving its goals in accordance with Vision 2030, and out of belief in the university’s role in serving society, not only in Kafrelsheikh Governorate but also outside it.
A number of specialized professors from the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy participate in the convoy, as a large number of citizens are examined in various medical specialties, which include “Ophthalmology - Dermatology - Cardiovascular - Pediatric - Neuro Surgery - Urology - Cardio-thoracic Surgery - Orthopedic Surgery - Internal Medicine - Diabetes and Endocrinology - General Surgery - Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (ENT) - Obstetrics and Gynecology - Dentistry – Prosthetics”.
Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, confirms that the university continues to launch development convoys for the cities and villages most in need across the Republic, and that the convoy includes an elite group of staff members representing various specializations from distinguished cadres from the Faculties of Medicine.
He adds that the medical convoy witnesses a great turnout from the people and conducts medical examinations on a large number from Bir al-Abd city, El Arish city, and Sheikh Zuweid by a group of specialized and distinguished doctors in various specialties, within the initiative of a dignified life, and free drugs are provided to all patients.
