Today, Wednesday, 28/9/2022, the University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, holds its monthly session in the council hall to discuss a number of issues related to the educational and research process, and to review the developments and topics presented to the council, in the presence of Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Kafrelsheikh, and Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs , the deans of the faculties and the counselor Abd Allah Ghallab, the legal advisor of the university and the secretary general of the university, Dr. Ali Sabry.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, directs the commitment of staff members to be present from the first day of the study on the first of next October, the readiness of the stands, classrooms, laboratories and student housing to receive students, and the speedy announcement of the study schedules before the start of the new academic year.
The University Council stresses the development of executive plans for cultural, artistic and sports activities, organizing field visits to major national projects, increasing the university’s efforts to eradicate illiteracy and cooperating with the “Dignified Life” initiative, and emphasizing that all safety and security standards are followed in all facilities, to ensure a safe learning environment for students.
For his part, the Governor of Kafrelsheikh, Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, expresses his happiness in communicating with the university council to present the latest developments in the governorate, pointing to the use of the university’s expertise in various fields.
He also explains the various roles of the university, whether the educational and service role in cooperation with the governorate to serve citizens in villages and cities, in addition to medical campaigns, convoys and contributions to engineering consultancy, in addition to cooperation between the governorate during the next stage in various fields to facilitate procedures for citizens.
