Today Wednesday 26/1/2022, the University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Youssef Desouky, President of the University, holds its monthly session in the council hall, to discuss a number of topics related to the educational and research process, in the presence of Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Kafrelsheikh; Prof. Dr. Hasan Younes, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Reda Saleh, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abed El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, Deans of Faculties, Legal Advisor of the University, and Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary General of the University.

The president stresses the continuation of participation in the "Dignified Life" initiative and paying attention to community service and environmental development activities, pointing to the discovery and care of talented and innovators within the initiative, within the implementation of the state's directives in building the Egyptian person and raising awareness among students of the issues and efforts of the state in building the new republic.

Dr Abdelrazek Youssef Desouky thanks the university’s employees for the discipline in organizing the work of the examinations at the end of the first semester, and he also praises the application of precautionary measures, while continuing to raise the state of readiness in all university hospitals to continue their active role in providing health and treatment services to citizens to confront the Corona pandemic in full cooperation and coordination with the hospitals of the Ministry of Health and population.

Otherwise, The Governor of Kafrelsheikh, Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, stresses that the visit of President Abed El-Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, to Kafrelsheikh University was a positive visit and had a distinguished role in advancing the establishment of projects, whether within Kafrelsheikh University, or the projects being established in the governorate, and will be opened during the coming period.

The Governor of Kafrelsheikh says that the governorate is witnessing great interest from President Abed El-Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, in all sectors, whether health, housing, education, developing city capitals, the presidential program, a dignified life, and other service projects.

He adds that Kafrelsheikh University is the beacon of science and real knowledge to lead the comprehensive development in the governorate, praising what it witnesses in the close and continuous cooperation between the university and the governorate.
