The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky announces that the university will organize the sportive festival for student families of governmental universities and higher education institutions during the period from 1 to 5 next October, with the participation of governmental universities and higher education institutions, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, the Minister of Youth and Sports; the Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, Major General Gamal Nour El-Deen, and Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouki, President of the University, in the presence of Egyptian university presidents, staff members, executive leaders and members of the University Council.

The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky adds that the festival is the fruit of cooperation between the university and the Ministry of Youth and Sports represented by the "General Administration of Sportive Activity", which aims to develop students' skills, especially in the sportive field, which contributes positively to the formation of the student's personality and his physical and psychological rehabilitation, in addition to organizing and participating in such festivals that helps instill the values ??of honest competition and achieve communication and integration among university students, confirming the keenness of the university administration to provide means of support for students to practice all student activities, which contributes to supporting students' capabilities.

The president explains that the sportive festival for student families of Egyptian universities is a national occasion in which the distinguished youth of Egyptian universities as well as private universities and institutes meet for honorable competition in sportive activity.
