Today Tuesday 12/1/2021, deans council holds its monthly meeting to discuss and review developments and the monthly topics presented to the Council, in the presence of Prof Dr Hasan Youness, the vice president for post-graduation studies and researches; Prof Dr Reda Salih, the vice president for community service and environment development affairs; Prof Dr Mohammad Abed El-All, the vice president for education and students’ affairs and the deans.

The president thanks the deans for implementing the necessary precautionary and preventive measures taken before and during the academic year, and stresses the application of preventive measures by directing all staff members, employees and students in all faculties to apply precautionary measures, wear masks, apply disinfection and sterilization.

As well, Deans council confirms the activation of the certificates of the basics of digital transformation within the courses scheduled for the promotion of staff members and assistant staff for the higher position.

The council also discusses the comments of the deans on the services provided by the university’s management information systems unit (mis) in order to be able to correct them with the competent companies.

The president has directed that the data for the faculties should be completed on the university's website and that the precautionary measures are implemented with accuracy and responsibility.

The president also stresses the implementation of the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Council of Universities, reviewing student lists, preparing them for exam works, and reviewing maintenance works in faculties and units.

The president also discusses with the deans the situation of collecting tuition fees for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
