Today Monday 3/2/2020, the President Prof Dr Abed el Raziq Dousoki receives Dr Mila Linstra, the Agricultural Advisor at the Dutch Embassy and Mrs Shaima Naser, Agricultural Policy Officer in the Agricultural Office at Dutch Embassy, in the presence of Prof Dr Hassan Younis, the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

During the meeting, they discuss the aspects of cooperation between Faculty of Agriculture, Kafrelsheikh University and the two Dutch Universities of Maastricht and Dronten to identify the university's capabilities and discuss the future cooperation ways in the field of preparing and training graduates, protected agriculture and the export of fruits and vegetables to Netherlands.

As well, the President stated that this visit comes within the framework of cooperation and enriching scientific research and training concerned with the development of agriculture to upgrade the scientific level of students and conduct various service research that serves the agricultural sector to meet the needs of the local, regional and international market via relying on the latest scientific and technological means in the protected agriculture and the processes of preparing and exporting fruits and vegetables in line with modern scientific requirements that will benefit on the service of the local community, expressing his appreciation for the cooperation of many bodies and institutions.
