Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of the University, attends the meeting of the Board of Secretaries of Kafrelsheikh Ahlia University held in June 2026, chaired by Major General Adel Labib, former Minister of Local Development, and in the presence of the esteemed members of the Board.

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid affirms that Kafrelsheikh Ahlia University represents a qualitative addition to the Egyptian higher education system. It embodies the Egyptian state’s vision of providing modern university education based on innovation, technology, and international partnerships, in line with the objectives of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Egypt Vision 2030.

He explains that the Ahlia University is steadily progressing toward offering advanced academic programs that meet the needs of the local, regional, and international labor market. He notes that the Board of Secretaries plays a pivotal role in supporting the university’s directions and enhancing its ability to achieve academic and research excellence.

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid points out that the unprecedented support provided by the political leadership to the higher education system has contributed to a major leap in establishing private universities and developing academic programs. This reflects the state’s orientation toward building a knowledge society and preparing generations capable of leading the development process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the President confirms that the Board of Secretaries of the Ahlia University is a strategic partner in supporting the development journey. He confirms that the university continues to work as one team to provide a comprehensive educational model that keeps pace with the requirements of the era and enhances the position of Kafrelsheikh Governorate as a distinguished scientific and academic center at the national level.
