Acting University President Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim inspects the university student housing restaurant to verify the quality of meals provided to students and to follow up the level of food services offered to them.
During his tour, Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim makes sure to inspect the main kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage facilities to confirm compliance with food safety standards and the application of public health requirements at all stages of meal preparation and serving. He also visits the dining hall during the serving of lunch.
The President affirms that the university administration attaches great importance to the file of university student housing and nutrition services, with keenness to provide a safe, healthy, and secure living environment for resident students. He confirms the necessity of adhering to the highest quality standards in meal preparation and taking into account nutritional diversity to meet the students' daily needs.
Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim adds that the periodic field visits to the university dormitories is within the framework of continuous follow-up on performance levels, listening to students' observations, and removing any obstacles they may face. He affirms that the university is keen to achieve integration between educational and living services, which contributes to improving the overall university student experience.
