Board of Secretaries discusses Exam Preparations and Regularity of the Educational Process for the Academic Year 2025/2026

 The Board of Secretaries holds its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, chaired by Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of the University, to follow up the progress of the educational process and discuss the preparations for the first semester exams of the academic year 2025/2026, as part of the university's commitment to achieving the highest standards of academic quality and providing a stable educational environment for students.

The council discusses several important topics, foremost among them the regularity of study across the university's various faculties, the university's preparations for holding the first semester exams of the academic year 2025/2026, mechanisms to ensure discipline within exam committees, and the emphasis on applying standards of integrity, transparency, and equal opportunities among all students.

During the meeting, Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim confirms that Kafrelsheikh National University places the student's interest at the top of its priorities, emphasizing the necessity of full adherence to the regulations and rules governing the examination process, and taking all measures that ensure the smooth conduct of exams in a safe and disciplined atmosphere.

He clarifies that the university has completed all technical and organizational preparations related to the exams, including the readiness of halls, the availability of staff members and invigilators, and the provision of necessary administrative and service support, to ensure the regularity of the educational process without being affected by any obstacles.

The president points out that the Board of Secretaries of Kafrelsheikh National University attaches great importance to continuously monitoring the progress of the educational process and working to create a supportive and motivating educational environment that achieves a balance between academic aspects and the human dimension for students.
